Sam Kelley, MD

Dr. Sam Kelley is a Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist who completed his residency and fellowship at Tufts University and Harvard Medical School’s McLean Hospital. 

He is a former member of President Bill Clinton’s Task Force on Healthcare reform, former Healthcare Legislative Assistant to US Congressman James McDermott, former advisor to U.S. Senator and Secretary of State John Kerry, and former Co-Chair of Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick’s Healthcare Committee.

Dr. Kelley served as the Corporate Medical Director for the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, Behavioral Health Chief Medical Officer for Mercy Health Systems, and National Chief Medical Officer for Advanced Recovery Systems.  Dr. Kelley has spent near 10 years with Magellan Health Services and served as Medical Director for Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, New England, New Jersey, and Magellan Chief Medical Administrator for Louisiana.

Dr. Kelley has over 30 years of seeing and treating children, adolescents, and adults.
